INCOPORATED SP FALMOUTH MAINE Town Offices Closed UNDER CONSTRUCTION Town Offices will be closed on Monday, October ROAD 11 in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. CLOSED VERANDA STREET BRIDGE PROJECT AHEAD Absentee Voting Absentee voting is now open for the November 2 State Referendum Election. Leaf Bags Available Leaf bags are available to Falmouth residents at Public Works (101 Woods Road). Limit 12 bags per MEANS MAJOR TRAFFIC FOR FALMOUTH VERANDA STREET CLOSURE You may vote absentee in-person at Town Hall or request an absentee ballot by calling 699-5320. Ballots may be returned via the Ballot Drop Box outside Town Hall, in-person at Town Hall, or by mail. Note: ballots are not accepted by postmark dates. Ballots received after 8:00pm on Election Day will be rejected. Polls are open on Election Day at the Falmouth High School Gym from 7am to 8pm. No voting will take place at Town Hall on Election Day. WHEN? Monday, October 18, 2pm-Monday, October 25, 2pm WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR FALMOUTH? Getting into Portland from Route 1/ Veranda Street will require a significant detour. Traffic congestion and delays are anticipated. Falmouth address and while supplies last. Note: Face masks are required in the Public Works office.
