The following items previously posted for the April 26 Town Council meeting have been rescheduled for the Falmouth Town Council meeting on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 7:00PM via Zoom: MAINE Community clean Leaf Bag Collection EARTH DANMETWOo River Point Conservation Area Spring curbside collection for leaf bags will be on: Friday, April 30 Friday, May 14 (Note, no leaf collection on Friday, May 7!) a special public comment opportunity on a proposed short- term rental ordinance; and a public hearing (repeat) on Saturday, April 24, 9am-Noon (Rescheduled from April 17) Location: On Route 100, just east of the West Falmouth Crossing Shopping Center (next to Hannaford). Park at the railroad bridge or in the rear of the shopping center lot. We'll meet at the head of the bridge. UP days amendments to the Code of Leaf bags MUST be curbside by 7am. Leaf bags are for leaves only. Ordinances to add a new section to Ch. Il-12, Section 12-4 regulating construction noise and to amend Ch. Il-19, Section 19- 72.5 to remove outdated Route 1, Saturday, April 24, 9am-Noon Location: Meet at Flagship Premium Cinemas, 206 US Route 1. Park in the lot at the side of the building. We'll pick up trash along Route 1. Each participant at Brush is not collected the April 24th clean- curbside but can be references. ups will receive a brought to the Transfer Station during opening hours.
