Action Item: 602 Granite Street, Ch. 702 Site Plan Review of Temporary Storage of Whiskey Barrels; Rural Residential District; Vicinity of 602 Granite Street; Map 17 Lot 17, lan Michaud, Applicant. The applicant is seeking approval to temporarily place two shipping containers on the property at 602 Granite Street in order to store whiskey aged in barrels produced off site. Access to the temporary storage is via a new gravel road connecting to Leonard Lane. The use requires a special exception which is subject to review by the Planning Board as a Major Site Plan per Chapter 701, Article II.F. This project is scheduled for major site plan review, and a vote will be taken. Public comment will be received. 2. Workshop Item: 756 Route One, Preliminary Ch. 702 Site Plan Review Ch. 703 Building & Lot Plan of a new bank with drive up ATM; CD4-C, Route 1 Corridor Character District; Vicinity of 756 Route One; Map 39 Lot 9 and 10, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, Applicant. The applicant is seeking approval of a new 3,294 square foot bank with a drive-up ATM and 25 parking spaces on a pad site in the vicinity of 756 Route One. Associated utility, landscaping, driveways, and site improve- ments will also be completed. This project is scheduled for preliminary major site plan review and no vote will be taken.
