ARMOUTH TOWN OF YARMOUTH ALWAYS TRING PUBLIC NOTICE BLANCHARD PARKING LOT The Town of Yarmouth will be "leasing by lottery" up to ten (10) parking spaces for the 2022 calendar year at the Blanchard Parking Lot on Cousins Island to Yarmouth residents. Up to two of those spaces will be available to state licensed commercial fishermen. If more than ten (10) people seek the spaces, a public lottery drawing will be used to determine the winners. Only one entry per house-hold/family is permitted to be entered. Participants must submit a check in an amount of $800 along with a statement as to whether they are seeking the space as a citizen or as a commercial fisherman. Submittals must be received prior to 12:00 PM, December 8, 2021. The Lottery drawing, if required, and or assignment of spaces will be publicly conducted at the Town Hall on December 8 at 1 PM.
