During a revaluation, all real property in town is reviewed and assessments are adjusted to fair market value. The results of the revaluation will be applied to November 2022 property tax bills. All exterior inspections have been completed. Inspection letters providing property owners with the opportunity to schedule an interior inspection appointment have been mailed out to all improved parcels in Falmouth. Friday, May 6 The l-295 Veranda Bridge Project will have significant impact on traffic in Falmouth. All leaf bags MUST be at the curb by 7:00 a.m. to ensure collection.
