Item No. 22: To hear the reports of the Council Chair, committees, delegates, liaisons, and the Town Manager. Item No. 23: To hold a public hearing and act upon issuance of a full-time malt spirituous and vinous liquor license and a Special Amusements Permit to Romeo's Pizza and All-Star Pub. Item No 23-A: To appropriate funds from the Wastewater Reserve for repairs to the aeration equipment. Item No. 24: To vote to delay the implementation date for the Rental Registration requirements and to schedule a public hearing to consider any necessary changes to the Rental Dwelling Ordinance. Item No. 25: To act upon a resolution regarding the future management of the Old Meeting Housing on Hillside Street and the gifts of the Village Improvement Society. Item No. 26: To hold a public hearing and vote to authorize the sale of the History Center property to the Yarmouth Historical Society, and to direct the dedication of the sale proceeds. Item No. 27: To hold a public hearing and act upon amendments to Chapter 309 of the Yarmouth Town Code (Animal Control Ordinance fka Dog Control Ordinance): Part 1- primarily definitional and legal references. Item No. 28: To hold a public hearing and act upon amendments to Chapter 309 of the Yarmouth Town Code (Animal Control Ordinance fka Dog Control Ordinance): Part 2- Ôn leash requirements at Royal River Park. Item No. 29: To authorize the issuance of Tax Anticipation Notes for FY 22 and to award the bid therefore. Item No. 30: To consider a plan and resolution for the drawdown and expenditure of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and to schedule a public hearing thereon. Item No. 31: To vote to amend the Council Rules to incorporate the Remote Participation Policy adopted July 29, 2021.
