Item No 23-A: To appropriate funds from the Wastewater Reserve for repairs to the aeration equipment. Item No. 24: To vote to delay the implementation date for the Rental Registration requirements and to schedule a public hearing to consider any necessary changes to the Rental Dwelling Ordinance. Item No. 25: To act upon a resolution regarding the future management of the Old Meeting Housing on Hillside Street and the gifts of the Village Improvement Society. Item No. 26: To hold a public hearing and vote to authorize the sale of the History Center property to the Yarmouth Historical Society, and to direct the dedication of the sale proceeds.
