NOTICE TO VOTERS TOWN OF YARMOUTH The following location has been established as the voting place for the Town of Yarmouth for November 2, 2021: AMVETS Hall, 148 North Road, Yarmouth, ME 04096 State Referendum - November 2, 2021 Polls open at 6:00 A.M. and close at 8:00 P.M. All polling places are accessible to those in wheelchairs. After Tuesday, October 12, 2021, registrations must occur in person or residents may register and vote on Election Day. The voter must provide proof of identity and residency. If you mailed in your registration, you may be required to show identification/ residency at the polling place prior to voting. If you moved or changed your name since you last voted, you must update your voter registration prior to voting. Absentee Ballots for the November 2, 2021 Election will become available 30 days prior to the Election. Registered voters may vote in person, make a written request, request an absentee online or contact the Town Clerk's Office at 846-9036 to receive a ballot by mail. Telephone requests must be made by the voter. The last date to request an absentee ballot without Special Circumstances will be Thursday, October 28, 2021. Sample ballots will be available upon request. Regular office hours of the Town Clerk/Registrar for any resident wishing to vote absentee or register to vote are: 8- 12 & 1 - 4, offices closed 12 1 PM Monday Thursday: Friday: 8:00 - Noon The registrar will have extended hours for registration and absentee voting on the following dates: Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 4-6 PM.
