TOWN OF YARMOUTH MAINE ARMOUTH 200 Main Street, Yarmouth, ME ICHSTANE 207-846-9036 Shellfish (Peck) Licenses for the 2021-2022 Season Beginning May 20, the Town Clerk shall issue up to 50 resident recreational licenses to residents of Yarmouth or North Yarmouth upon application, said licenses to be effec- tive July 1. Residency has to be at least three (3) consecutive months or more. Proof of residency is required. Beginning on May 1, any non-resident - under 65 yrs of age - may enter his/her name on a waiting list to be established by a lottery to be held on May 20. On that date, five non-resident recreational licenses will be issued. Senior Citizens (age 65 & over), are entitled to a complimentary Recreational Clam License available starting May 20 (Valid for July 1) Commercial Shellfish License Renewals Renewal Commercial Shellfish License applications will be available at the Yarmouth Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours from May 1, through May 14, 2021. All Applicants must provide a valid State of Maine Commercial Shellfish License issued by the Dept. of Marine Resources.
