TOWN OF YARMOUTH RESIDENTIAL BRUSH PICK-UP APRIL 26TH THRU APRIL 30TH Visit Town web site at www.yarmouth.me.us for Brush Collection Schedule or call 846-2401 Things to Remember 1) Brush must be at curb or shoulder of road by 7:00 AM on your collection day. 2) Brush cannot be larger than 6" in diameter. 3) Piles must be consolidated- we will not pick up multiple piles. 4) We will only pick up brush - please do not mix other materials into piles - like lumber, leaves, trash, etc. 5) The brush is picked up by a log truck and needs room for its boom to operate. Brush pile should be located away from low hanging wires, tree limbs or other obstacles that may interfere with loading. 6) When the grapple picks up the brush pile, it will most likely dig into the ground below. Please do not place tarps under the piles. It will also leave some debris behind as we do not rake or load items by hand. 7) If the pile is unacceptable, it will be tagged and not collected.
