November 6 from 5:30-6:30 p.m PRESCRIPTION FOR HEALTH A FREE one-hour introductory program to get you started on improving your health. Thursdays from Noon-1 p.m. No class November 28 We provide information and resources on a variety of topics such as medical exercise, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, weight loss, mental health, and tobacco education. SPONDYLITIS SUPPORT GROUP A FREE support group for people taking an active role in managing Ankylosing Spondylitis.
