PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF GRAY, MAINE Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a first reading at 7:00 PM. on October 2nd, 2018 at Gray Town Hall, 24 Main Street in Gray to receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Gray Street Ordinance (Chapter 400). The proposed changes clarify that driveway entrance permits are required for all new driveways and establish standards for driveways on all roads in Gray including State, Town, and private. The proposed amendments also include minor adjustments to the administrative approval steps for public easement for winter maintenance and assigning 911 addresses for lots in subdivisions. Amendments are proposed for the following sections in Chapter 400: 2.2.J, 3.4.B.1, and several changes to Section 5 (Driveways).
