PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Gray - Planning Board August 9, 2018 @ 7:00pm Grav Town Hall: 24 Main Street Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gray Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the following amendment to the Town of Gray Zoning Ordinance: A proposed change to the Town's official Zoning Map (Section 402.3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance). The proposed change is for a portion of property owned by Tee Em Up Inc. located at 45 Portland Road in Gray, ME on Tax Map 43, lot 404-176. The 800 foot deep portion adjacent to Portland Road (11 /- acres) is already in a Commercial District and the proposed change is to re-zone an additional 6.4 +/- acres on the same parcel from the Rural Residential & Agricultural District to the Commercial District.
