PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF GRAY, MAINIE Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a public hearing and a second reading at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 4th at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex at 24 Main Street in Gray, ME for a proposed change to the Town's official Zoning Map (Section 402.3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance). The proposed change is for a portion of property owned by Tee Em Up Inc. located at 45 Portland Road in Gray, ME on Tax Map 43, lot 404-176 to be re-zoned from the Rural Residential & Agricultural District to the Commercial District.
