PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Gray - Planning Board August 9, 2018 @ 7:00pm Gray Town Hall: 24 Main Street Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gray Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the following applications: A request by Anthony & Pamela Procida for a third Amendment to the Whitney Ridge Subdivision by adjustments to lot lines and changes to the previously approved extension of Chaz Way. The subdivision is located on 8 +/- Chaz Way as shown on Tax Map 64, Lots 41-44-7, 8, & 11, 12 and Tax Map 69, Lots 9 & 10 in a Rural Residential & Agricultural Zoning District. A request by William Chapman, Gregory Rand, and Inn at Spring Meadows Realty, LLC for a third Amendment to the O'Teri Acres Subdivision by adjusting lot lines on two parcels as shown on Tax Map 27, lot 25-22 & lot 25-22-3 located at 65 +- Lewiston Road (opposite Cole Farms) in the Commercial and Rural Residential & Agricultural Zoning Districts.
