CUMBERLAND 1821 MAINE Cumberland Town Council Meeting Monday, January 24, 2022 Town Council Chambers 6:00 p.m. Workshop re: Pre-Comprehensive Plan Survey 7:00 p.m. Call to Order On Monday, January 24, 2022, the Cumberland Town Council will hold a workshop at 6:00 p.m. and its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. The following items will be considered: To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on the adoption of Chapter 86 (Medical Marijuana Registered Caregiver Licensing) to the Cumberland Code, as recommended by the Ordinance Committee. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to the Official Cumberland Overlay Zoning Map to eliminate the Medical Caregiver Overlay Zone from the Village Center Commercial District, as recommended by the Planning Board. To repeal and rescind the Town of Cumberland Extension of Moratorium Ordinance regarding Medical Marijuana Caregiver Uses that was adopted by the Town Council on January 10, 2022. To forward to the Planning Board for a Public Hearing and recommendation, a Contract Zone Agreement for The Grange at Longwoods. Additional items may also be considered.
