To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering permit application for the Penobscot Valley Kennel Club's "Chickadee Classic Dog Show" to be held at the Cumberland Fairgrounds from June 24th through June 27th. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on the adoption of the FY2022 Municipal Budget. Additional items may also be considered.
