The following items will be considered: State of Maine Proclamation from Representative, Steve Moriarty, for the Town of Cumberland Bicentennial. To hear a report from the Lands & Conservation Commission re: Climate Action Plan. To reappoint William Longley as Code Enforcement Officer and Dan Small as alternate from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. To set the week of May 17th 21st for Spring Bulky Item Pick Up Week. To set a Public Hearing date of April 12th to consider and act on a Mass Gathering permit from the Cumberland Farmers Club for harness racing events. To authorize the Town Manager to enter into a labor contract agreement with the Cumberland Police Benevolent Association for the period of July 1, 2021 June 30, 2024. To authorize the Town Manager to enter into a labor contract agreement with the Public Services/ Val Halla Employees Association for the period of July 1, 2021 June 30, 2024.
