CUMBERLAND TOWN CUMBERLAND COUNCIL MEETING Monday, February 24, 2020 Town Hall Council Chambers INC 1821 MAINE 5:00 p.m. FY21 Budget Workshop 7:00 p.m. Call to Order On Monday, February 24, 2020, the Cumberland Town Council will hold a Budget Workshop at 5:00 P.M. (the public is welcome to attend), and its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. An opportunity for public comment will be provided. The following items will be considered: To hear a report from MSAD 51 Superintendent, Jeff Porter re: FY2021 School Budget. · To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Chapter 315 (zoning), Section 29 (lot regulations) of the Cumberland Code to clarify that corner lots may have a 30' front on a private street if they meet the 50' front on a public street, as recommended by the Planning Board. To award the Tuttle Road sidewalk project to Storey Brothers. To consider and act on accepting Red Mill Way as a public road. · To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Farm Based Special Events License renewal for Joanne Fryer of Mowfield Farm, LLC. · To set a Public Hearing date of April 9th to consider and act on a Class I and Mobile Auxiliary Liquor License application for Rachel's On the Green, for the period of March 29, 2020 - March 29, 2021.
