To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Chapter 48 (Coastal Waters) of the Cumberland Code, as recommended by the Ordinance Committee. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Chapter 84 Fees and Fines), Section 12 (Moorings) of the Cumberland Code, as recommended by the Ordinance Committee To consider and act on a request from the Yarmouth Water District for a right of first refusal on the sand pit in North Yarmouth To amend the Power Purchase Agreement with Revision Energy investors, as recommended by the Finance Committee.
