Cumberland Town Council Meeting Town Council Chambers UMBERLAND Monday, June 3, 2019 6:00 p.m. Finance Committee Workshop 7:00 p.m. Call to Order MAINE On Monday, June 3, 2019, the Cumberland Town Council will hold a Finance Committee Workshop at 6:00 p.m. and its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. An opportunity for public comment will be provided. The following items will be considered To consider and act on amendments to the Contract Zone Agreement with Heritage Village, as recommended by the Planning Board To hear an update from the Town Manager re: relocating the brush/ compost pad at the Fairgrounds and discussion re: eliminating brush and composting services. To set a Public Hearing date of June 17th to authorize the Town Man ager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement to relocate the sand salt building to 215 Middle Road (Storey Brothers). To hold a Public Hearing to authorize the Town Manager to transfer inter-departmental operating funds for FY'19, as recommended by the Finance Committee To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for Binnie Media's Ultimate Yard Sale to be held at the Cum- . berland Fairgrounds on June 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m To accept the proposal from Scott Simons Architects for $14,500.00 for design services related to the Library/Historical Society project.
