REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROJECT BASED VOUCHERS Westbrook Housing is requesting proposals for Project Based Vouchers which provide housing subsidy to units for occupancy by low and very low income households. Subsidy will be reserved for units to be newly constructed or substantially rehabilitated. Proposals will be accepted until 8:00 A.M., June 29, 2019.
