PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF AWARD PROJECT BASED VOUCHERS Westbrook Housing issued a Public Notice on 24 and 31 May 2018 for the Request For Proposals for Project Based Vouchers. In accordance with the RFP, Westbrook Development Corporation as the General Partner for Larrabee Heights ll, LP was issued a letter of award of 61 Project Based Vouchers whiclh provide housing subsidy to units for occupancy by low and very low income households.
