The Housing Authority of the City of Westbrook, (a.k.a Westbrook Housing), pursuant to the Public Housing Reform Act, has developed an Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for the period beginning January 1, 2019. The Housing Authority has also updated and revised its FY2018 Public Housing Capital Fund Plan to reflectthe FY2018 funding award approved byCongress andchanges to the allocation of funds. Copies of the 2019 Annual Plan and the FY2018 Capital Fund Plan will be available for public review and public comment at the Westbrook Housing Administration Offices, 30 Liza Harmon Drive, Westbrook and the Westbrook City Hall, City Clerk's Office, 2 York Street, Westbrook. The public review period for the 2019 Annual Plan and the FY2018 Capital Plan Revision begins on, Thursday, July 5, 2018, and will end with a public hearing on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. at Westbrook Housing, 30 Liza Harmon Drive Westbrook, ME 04092. During this period, the draft 2019 Annual Plan and the updated 2018 Capital Fund plan will be accessible for review and public comment at both, Westbrook Housing, 30 Liza Harmon Drive and Westbrook City Hall, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092.
