The application is to construct a dock consisting of rebuilt stairs, a per- manent pier and a seasonal ramp and float located at 301 Foreside Road (Tax Map R2, Lot 17) in Cumberland, ME. A request for a public hearing or a request that the Board of Environmental Protection assume jurisdiction over this ap- plication must be received by the Department in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accept- ed for processing. A public hearing may or may not be held at the discretion of the Commissioner or Board of Environmental Protection. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application.
