Box 1028, Westbrook, ME 04068, (207) 854-4583 is intending to file a Stormwater Law permit application pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.RSA. § 420-D with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection on or about July 13, 2018. The application is proposing to construct a cluster-lot subdivision, consisting of thirteen (13) proposed residential lots with private wells and septic systems, an open space lot, approximately 2,000+ linear feet of new road, with associated driveways, utilities and stormwater infrastructure Casco, Maine.
