The 2021 Annual Meeting of Corporators (the "Annual Meeting") of Androscoggin Bancorp, MHC (the "Bank") will be held at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at the Bank's Main Office, 30 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine. Due to continuing concerns regarding the public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak ("COVID-19") and to assist in protecting the health and well-being of its Corporators and employees, the Bank will be conducting the Annual Meeting virtually this year.
