Due to the concerns regarding the public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak ("COVID-19"), and to comply with the Governor of Maine's recent executive order, which prohibits public gatherings of more than fifty people, the Bank will be conducting the Annual Meeting virtually this year. The Bank is taking these steps due to concerns regarding COVID-19, and to assist in protecting the health and well-being of its Corporators and employees. While the Annual Meeting will be held at the Bank's main office, 30 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine, the Bank will not be able to accommodate Corporators who wish to attend in person and encourages all Corporators to participate virtually. Corporators of record as of the close of business on July 1, 2020 will be able to vote and participate in the virtual meeting by visiting https://meet.starleaf.com/4970104660 More information regarding virtual attendance at the Annual Meeting and voting by proxy is being mailed directly to Corporators. In order to ensure that all business is conducted efficiently at the Annual Meeting, Corporators are urged to complete and return their proxy in advance of the Annual Meeting and to attend the Annual Meeting virtually.
