TOWN OF CUMBERLAND NOVEMBER 5, 2019 ELECTION NOTICE Absentee Ballots for the November 5, 2019 State Referendum Election will be available at the Town Clerk's Office at Cumberland Town Hall, on October 7, 2019. Registered voters may vote in person or contact the Town Clerk's Office at 829-5559 to receive a ballot by mail. Telephone requests must be made by the voter only Beginning Wednesday, October 16, 2019, a new registration must occur in person. The voter is required to show satisfactory proof of identity and residency to the Registrar.
