YARMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT NOTICE The police department would like to remind all residents that: November 15 through April 15th is a declared EMERGENCY SNOW REMOVAL and ALL NIGHT PARKING BAN period. NO vehicle shall be parked at any time in such a manner as to hinder the plowing or removal of snow from streets, ways, or roads in the Town of Yarmouth. All night parking is prohibited on any and all public ways for one hour or longer in duration between the hours of Midnight and 6AM. Vehicle owners in violation of this Ordinance are subject to a fine and/or towing Thank You & Drive Carefully!
