PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CUMBERLAND COUNTY SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Persons desiring to run for the office of District Supervisor for the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District should contact the District office at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine (Phone: 892-4700), to obtain nomination papers. The District has one supervisor position to be filled. Nomination papers must be received at the District office not later than 5:00 p.m. on October 1, 2018. Persons who de- sire to run for office of Supervisor must be a resident registered voter residing within the boundaries of the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation Dis- trict. Any registered voter residing within the District boundary wishing to vote in the election of District Supervisor will have to vote in person or request an absentee ballot either in writing, by calling, or appear- ing in person at the District office. All registered vot- ers within the boundaries of Cumberland County are eligible to vote. Voting will take place during regular business hours from October 12, 2018 to 5:00 p.m. orn November 14, 2018.
