Westbrook Democratic Municipal Caucus Westbrook Democrats will hold a caucus at the Westbrook Community Center at 6:00pm on Thursday September 6, 2018. Democrats will select nominees to appear on the November ballot for the following municipal offices: City Council Ward 3, City Council Ward 4, City Council At-Large, School Committee Ward 1 School Committee Ward 2, School Committee Ward 5 and School Committee At-Large. Westbrook residents who are registered to vote as Democrats are welcome to participate in the selection or seek nomination.
