Westbrook Memorial Day Ceremony & Observances The City of Westbrook invites residents to join us for a Memorial Day Ceremony at Riverbank Park on Monday, May 31, 2021 at 10:00 AM. CDC recommendations will be observed. In addition, the City of Westbrook and American Legions Post 62 & 197 have placed American flags at the gravesites of known veterans within Westbrook cemeteries. To notify the City of a new veteran gravesite, or to report a missing flag or standards, please contact Veteran Services Officer Arty Ledoux at 207-854-0660 or aledoux@westbrook.me.us.
