The "Request for Proposal is for twelve (12) laptop computers, thirty (30) desktop computers and three (3) servers to be purchased over the course of one (1) year. The City of Westbrook reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of computers purchased for one year from acceptance of this "Request for Proposal. In addition, the vendor's proposed pricing must be applicable for additional purchases of the same items listed below starting February 21st 2020 for 1 year.
