NOTICE TO ALL CITY OF WESTBROOK VOTERS Election Day Tuesday, November 5, 2019 State Referendum Election Municipal General & Referendum Election Voter Registration & Absentee Ballots State law requires voters to notify the Registrar of Voters when the voter's address changes. The Westbrook City Clerk's Office will be open to accept voter registration applications and to issue absentee ballots to qualified voters during the hours of 8:30am -Spm, Monday Friday. The Clerk's Office will hold special extended hours for voter registration and absentee voting on Saturday 10/26/19 from 9am- 12pm and on Thursday 10/31/19 from 5pm 7pm. The Statewide deadline to order an absentee ballot is Thursday 10/31/19. To request an absentee ballot by phone, call 207-591-8116 Composite Ballot A composite ballot containing the names of all candidates running for municipal office and all municipal referendum questions is included below. Polls will be open from 7am-8pm on Election Day.
