WESTBROOK POLICE DEPARTMENT NOTICE Individuals with items being held at the Westbrook Police Department have 30 days to claim ownership or entitlement to such property. Property that is held at the Police Department includes items believed to be: abandon, lost, stolen, illegally possessed, or kept as a result of an interaction with the Department. This includes property such as: jewelry, tools, etc. After six months, the Police Department has the authority to send any remaining property to auction.
