Island Dog Brewing was established by Jim Denz and his wife, Jody, in 2016 as a small craft brewery that will produce primarily Belgian and German inspired ales; herb and spice ales; and seasonal ales. Our product doctrine is to keep our batches small and our quality high. We currently have 5 beers on tap and will be expanding that to 8 varieties. We are committed to using local grains and hops in our beer, and also offer homemade root beer and fruit-infused seltzer water.
