Bellavita at Scarborough is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Scarborough, Maine, just seven miles south of Portland. As one of the earliest settlements on the New England coast, Scarborough is rich in history and Old World charm. It offers lovely sandy beaches and the rocky coastline made famous by local artist, Winslow Homer.

Not far from Higgins Beach and Saco Bay, our community is located close to some of the state’s best outdoor areas. We have many nearby open spaces, parks and recreational areas that are ideal for our residents. Because we are located so close to Interstate 95, our residents are just a quick drive away from Portland, Boston and southern Maine.
