PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER Krainin Real Estate in Raymond is seeking a year-round Property Maintenance Manager to support our team of rental agents serving 200+ privately-owned vacation and residential properties in the Sebago-Long Lake Region. This is an office-based position, especially fast-paced in the summer season. Working closely with rental agents and support staff, the Property Manager and a seasonal Property Management Assistant will act as liaison between renters and owners, evaluating problems at properties, dispatching a small but mighty in-house maintenance crew, engaging outside contractors as necessary, and keeping detailed notes in our office database KRAININ REAL ESTATE The position requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills, professionalism, a commitment to hospitality industry service, and a strong team attitude. Computer skills (preferably Mac, but will train), attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Though hands-on skills are not required, the Property Manager must also have a basic knowledge of routine home maintenance and repairs. Experience in a related field is highly desirable; salary is commensurate with experience. Hours: 40 hrs/wk most of the year, with some off-season (fall and winter) flexibility. Includes all Saturdays and most Sundays from late June through Labor Day; partial weekends in the shoulder months (May and September), and normal office hours or somewhat fewer the rest of the year.
