Pre-Kindergarten Registration Pownal Elementary School is currently registering Pre-Kindergarten students for the 3019-3020 school year. All children who reside in Pownal and will 4 years of age on or before October 15, 2019 are eligible for Pre-K in the fall. Our Pre-K program is designed to prepare students with the basic skills needed to be successful in Kindergarten. The Pre-K program is a partial week, full day program that follows the RSU5 school calendar.
