PUBLIC NOTICE: NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE Please take notice that Adam Mitchell (Agent #207-837-2199) is intending to file a Natural Resources Protection Act permit ap- plication with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection on or about January 27, 2021. The application is to construct a dock consisting of an access landing, stairs, a permanent pier and a seasonal ramp and float located at 53 Benjamin's Way (Tax Map 53, Lot 16) in Yarmouth, ME. A request for a public hear- ing or a request that the Board of Environmental Protection as- sume jurisdiction over this application must be received by the Department in writing, no later than 20 days after the applica- tion is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. A public hearing may or may not be held at the discretion of the Commissioner or Board of Environmental Protection. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application. The application will be filed for public inspection at the Department of Envi- ronmental Protection's office in Portland during normal working hours and an electronic copy is available by contacting the DEP office below. A copy of the application may also be seen at the municipal offices in Yarmouth, Maine.
