The proposed amendmentsprohibit the following uses for both Medical and RetailMarijuana: cultivation, cultivation facility, dispensary(iesmanufacturing, products, products manufacturing facility,and testing facilities. The proposed changes also prohibitthe following uses for Retail Marijuana: distribution,establishments, recreational use, retail stores and/or sales(including paraphernalia) and social clubs.
