TOWN OF GORHAM Town Clerk's Office Immediate Opening The Town of Gorham, Town Clerk's Office is currently accepting applications for the position of Part Time Customer Service Clerk This position is responsible for processing vehicle registrations; accepting tax payments; issuing various licenses and certified copies of records; and other responsibilities as assigned by the Town Clerk. The position is scheduled for 20 hours per week and must be available to cover lunch breaks. Additional hours may be required at certain times of the year, such as election time. High school diploma, or equivalent, required. A minimum of one year's prior experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer use required. Previous municipal and/or government office experience a plus. Any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
