NOTICE: Regional School Unit (RSU) 5, Freeport, is interested in obtaining qualifications from qualified organizations under Title 20-A, 3rd party financing of the Maine Revised Statutes. Qualified firms must submit their capabilities and qualifications for a series of proposed facilities infrastructure upgrade projects. The entire project includes financing, MEP engineering, CAD drawings, facilities master planning and a detailed facilities audit. The project may include construction and financing of selected facilities infrastructure projects.
