Limited Fire-EMS Scholarship Memorial Day Observations Falmouth Fire-EMS seeks applicants for its $1,000 scholarship which recognizes Falmouth students who plan to continue post -secondary education in the field of firefighting, emergency medical services, nursing, or a related field. In accordance with the Governor's Executive Orders and in consultation with the American Legion, the Town of Falmouth has cancelled its Memorial Day parade scheduled to take place on Monday, May 25.
