Summit Natural Gas Cost of Gas Adjustment Annually, on or about July 15, Summit Natural Gas of Maine is required to file a Cost of Gas Adjustment application with the Maine Public Utilities Commission The Cost of Gas rate for customers will change on October 1, 2019.
