The application is for: The redevelopment of the former Olympia Sports Warehouse building (118,162 square feet) to a medical manufacturing facility (155,976 square feet) with approximately 470 employees. The project is expected to generate 155 new trips during the weekday AM peak hour and 125 new trips during the weekday PM peak hour. Access and egress will remain unchanged via Bradley Drive and Pershing Way. At the following location: 5 Bradley Drive in Westbrook, Tax Map Lot 34, Map 5B A request for a public hearing must be received by the Department, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application.
